From clinical leadership to support staff, every team member plays a crucial role in helping individuals take their first steps toward lasting recovery. With a focus on evidence-based practices and individualized care, our team is here to support clients through their early recovery journey.

A Collaborative Approach to Detox and Residential Treatment
Our clinical team works together to create an environment where each individual can safely detoxify from substances under professional medical supervision. Plans are underway to offer Modified Medical Detox (ASAM 3.7) with medication-assisted treatment (MAT), which will allow our medical staff to provide a higher level of care for individuals undergoing withdrawal. This will allow us to ensure comfort and safety during this critical phase.
Once detox is complete, clients transition into a structured residential setting where the focus is on stabilization, therapeutic engagement, and preparation for ongoing recovery. By working collaboratively, our team ensures that each client receives the right level of care based on their needs, history, and goals.

Program Details and Clinical Expertise
NVRC serves men aged 18 years and older, with no adolescent programs. Our detox and residential services are open to individuals struggling with all types of substances, including alcohol, prescription pills, opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, and illicit drugs.
Our interdisciplinary team is experienced in managing complex withdrawal presentations and providing medical and therapeutic support for individuals from diverse backgrounds. This ensures that no matter what substances are involved, clients receive the individualized care and attention they deserve.
Therapeutic and Residential Support Team
Residential Staff
Our residential support staff ensures that the treatment center remains structured, safe, and welcoming throughout the program. They provide day-to-day assistance, help clients adjust to the treatment setting, and offer encouragement during difficult moments.
Residential team members are trained to recognize signs of withdrawal complications or emotional distress, ensuring that clinical staff can respond quickly when needed. Their presence helps individuals to feel supported and understood. This helps to support trust and stability during early recovery.
Case Managers and Support Specialists
Case managers play a key role in connecting clients with resources and helping them plan their next steps after detox and residential care. They may assist with aftercare planning, legal or employment matters, and coordination with external treatment providers to ensure continuity of care.
Support specialists bring empathy and real-world experience to their work, often drawing from personal or professional backgrounds in recovery to offer guidance, hope, and practical advice.
